Untangle the ball with art is the theme of the ninth edition of the Youth Forum: Truth or Dare. Through our short story, we will reveal to you the connection between mental health and art, and during the event we will weave them into training modules and art workshops.

"Once upon a time there was a Question. This question was carried through Maritsa and Rhodope among many young people throughout the Plovdiv area. One day the Result of the Question showed that nowadays the most interesting topic for young people in these lands is health and peace of mind.

This inspired the youth workers, mediators and experts from the Youth Centre Plovdiv team to embark on a new adventure in search of ways to untangle the orb inside us - our consciousness, in which our thoughts and emotions often intertwine with each other.

They thought, they thought, and finally they were hooked. They left the forum to rest and began to do other things. They went home - one played a movie, the second listened to his favorite song, the third took a thick book, the fourth took the brush and left himself on the canvas. It suddenly dawned on them that art untangles the mind and the heart.

The new morning brought the theme of the upcoming edition of Youth Forum: Truth or Dare namely Untangle the Ball with Art.

The training modules will include the topics of mental health, art workshops, types of art and art through the eyes of each of us. More information on activities and trainers coming soon.

In each edition of the format, we involve young people from all over the country* in creative processes that stimulate creative thinking and the successful realization of ideas. For the ninth time in a row, within three days, the forum will be held on the territory of the Municipal Enterprise Youth Centre Plovdiv.

*Overnight accommodation (for guests who are not from Plovdiv) and meals are provided for the forum participants.
