Non-formal education

Non-formal education is a purposeful learning that takes place in a diverse environment. It is voluntary in its essence and its basis is the learners and their individual needs. Thanks to non-formal education, a number of key competences and skills are developed to support the personal and professional development of participants in the educational process.

 Youth Center Plovdiv provides a wide range of nonformal educational modules in the field of civic education and human rights, non-conflict communication and dealing with aggression, career development, healthy lifestyle. The trainings are led by a team of youth workers and Roma mediators who have been trained for implementing activities in the field of youth work.
